Before you begins.......
Open the tubes in PSP.
Material

Pierrot

1.
Open new transparent image 700x700.
Open Background - copy - paste on the image.
2.
Open roos1 - copy - paste on the image.
Set thee opacity of this layer to 24.
3.
Open decoEmmyruit - copy - paste on the image.
Place it to the right and a little up.
Give a drop shadow - with this setting.

4.
Open clown-pierrot - copy - paste on the image.
Place it on the frame.
Layers - arrange - down.
Activate the top layer.
5.
Open word-art-E-pierrot - copy - paste on the image.
Place it in the middle at the top of the frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
6.
Open decoEmmy3 - copy - paste on the image.
Image - mirror.
Place it right under the frame.
Give the same drop shadow.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - free rotate - with this setting.

Place it left at the bottom.
7.
Open decoEmmy2 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
Layers - duplicate.
Image - free rotate - with this setting.

Place it left at the top.
8.
Open roos - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
9.
Open roos2 - copy - paste on the image.
Place it right at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
10.
Open 3bloemen - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
11.
Open je poser tube - copy - paste on the image.
Place it left at the bottom.
Give the same drop shadow.
12.
Layers - new raster layer - set your watermark into the image.
Layers - merge - merge all visible layers.
File - export - PNG Optimizer.
